I hate the laundromat. The whole laundry mat doesn't need to hear that you hate the mother of your boyfriend's child and how you want to kick her ass because she called him last night at 11pm because the child had a high fever and she was taking him to the ER. If you want to bitch, whatever, but keep your voice down.

H is driving 2 hours away for his part time job and it's suppose to snow later. I'm not a happy camper.

We were supposed to have an open house yesterday. That was cancelled because our fence blew down! We had a wicked wind yesterday and it literally broke our fence posts off. There's still parts of the posts in the ground.

Ughhhh just what we need right now.

pooh8402- the day of your open house, yikes. I hope it's not too expensive to fix. Is it worth going through insurance?

DH and I are up early (well earlier then normal) to get some stuff done today. We are having problems with our tenants and we have some other house stuff going on and it's stressing us both out. All we can do is keep moving forward and hope for the best.

I found a nice rocking chair on a local buy and sell site. We are going to look at it/get it tonight. I'm hoping that i like it. It's only $50.

awick14, I'm not sure about insurance. DH is checking on all that today. There's a small chance it's actually HOA property, but we're about 97% sure it's on us.

I'm waiting on a package that was supposed to be delivered on Thursday, but it's been delayed due to "severe weather" since then. My issue is that it's currently sitting in a city five hours away, and I know that there are no weather issues between here and there. Over the weekend it said that it would be delivered today, but this morning it changed back to delayed with no delivery estimate.

I paid extra for quick shipping so that it would be here by a certain day! I want my package! Grrrrrrrrrrrr.

katespade that sucks! I hate when that happens. I had one show up a week after the deliever date when I did 2 day shipping. I contacted the company and the reimbursed me the cost of shipping. Thanks for reminding me I need to go to the post office for h. He has a package waiting for him there.

I love my 11 y.o niece's random text messages. They usually make no sense. She just texted literally "it's" which is normal lol.
