Congrats on the new life! That's an adorable story that will be fun to tell for years (and years- sorry, Mr.Juno).
And how sweet of baby to bring rain along, after all those years of so little!
Well if she gets credit for the rain she might get blame for our douchbag in chief getting sworn in. Not sure i want to put those sorts of responsibilities on her lol.
No way- that started WAY before she got involved in the goings on of the world. A Patriotic Devotion Day baby, huh?
When I was in labor, I was the one doing crazy things. Specifically, cleaning the chair rail in our kitchen on my hands and knees. I only got halfway around before I woke DH up to go to the hospital. 2 days later, he realized I had cleaned half of it (and only half) and asked when I started - he laughed and said that a coworker had told him that he'd know when I was in labor when I started vacuuming in the middle of the night. He was close!
Aww! Congrats! Funny about your DH. On the way to having our first baby (induced so no hurry), we stopped at Target to pick up diversions & DH reverted to his youth and bought a bunch of wrestling magazines and other odd items. We had 3 more babies & each time he did this(& never any other time). It's a big joke that is coping mechanism is to fall back on stuff from his childhood.
I'm growing older but not up. My metabolic rate is pleasantly stuck, let the winds of time blow over my head. I'd rather die while I'm living than live while I'm dead.
