I put the boys to bed and went to the mall! I have not left the house without at least one kid since L was born nearly 4 months ago and this was much needed! One of the many perks of having a baby that puts himself back to sleep if he wakes Up!

DH have me money for Christmas for clothes so I went to Old Navy since they had $10 for every $25 spent. Just earned $40 for next month so I can buy these white jeans I really liked! I ended up buying 2 pairs of shorts, 2 tank tops, a long sleeve short, t shirt dress, and sandals. Excited for new clothes!

I also treated myself to Starbucks when I got there and got a slice of Tiramisu cheesecake to bring home and share with DH!

In bed now and about to call it a night! Hoping L decides to sleep well tonight!

I had my review at work today and I'm pretty happy! I got the second highest rating possible (out of five ratings). Most people end up at the third highest (which is where I've been in the past, though typically on the higher end). I can't wait to see what this rating does for my raise and bonus!

ewall ha! We do the same thing pretty much. We review ourselves and rate how we did on our goals, and do a short write up. When we started doing our reviews this way they definitely made it clear that no one really gets the highest ranking, lol. You pretty much have to be more than perfect. Everyone ends up mostly in the middle because that's "doing your job and not sucking at it". So my ranking is basically "doing your job well" which is nice

ewall estrellita - Ours is annoying because there are three levels and they basically say "almost nobody can get the 3rd/highest level...HR limits how many go out throughout the company yada yada yada..." If that's true, which I have heard from people all over the company, WHY HAVE IT?! Makes me crazy because I know in at least some of the categories I'm a superstar. And I'm humble.
