A very selfish woman, indeed. It wasn't until she lost her own son that she could empathize with Mrs. Till. It was all about how the notoriety affect her own life... blah, blah, blah.

I am not impressed.

I am so freaking angry about this. We went to the NMAAHC on Saturday and the line for the Emmett Till exhibit was so long it was the only thing we couldn't see before the museum closed (well, that and the gift shop). As an aside, WTF Vanity Fair fact-checkers...referring to Tyson's book as "Blood DOES Sign My Name?" instead of "Blood Done Sign My Name?" I mean, maybe autocorrect got it, but they should have caught that. I actually wrote an email to them telling them to fix it, but that was Friday, so I guess they have other priorities, lol.
