I'm up. Normally don't run Saturdays but I have to be up early anyway for a yoga workshop I'm running so I might see we'll run today and sleep in tomorrow. I don't know how y'all do it. Saturday's are my lazy day. I'm dying already lol

Crossfit team competition today. Then most of us are going out to dinner afterwards. There are 30 of us competing today I think just from the box I go to.
Up and making pancakes for the little one. Going to run and do yoga later while my husband takes DS to a birthday party (I've done the last 4 parties so it's his turn)

I am meeting up with friends at the training run for 8 this morning. We usually do coffee afterwards. My parents will be in town later today so we'll be doing house stuff to get ready.
I slept in a little and got in 9 of my planned 12. The extra 30 minutes of sleep was worth it. Now I'm off to get my hair done. Then DS has a swim meet. I'm trying not to think of the public speaking I have to do at a banquet tonight. I haven't done this sort of thing in years and years, and I'm anxious.
I'm up, having coffee and eggs and bacon right now. I probably should run, but I'm not going to. I dropped from the half next weekend in NOLA to the 10k, so I'm not too worried about being super under-prepared anymore.
I'll head to the gym for lifting in an hour or so, them it's house projects allll day. I have family coming in next week and our house feels like a disaster to me.
I'm up because H went skiing for the weekend so I'm managing the dogs and drinking my coffee. I did my 20 miler yesterday and it's kind of amazing to not have a giant long run on my schedule this weekend! I may do a nice long trainer ride while binge watching Netflix tonight after the kids go to bed- we'll see.
I'm up but still in bed. I plan on reading until I feel like getting up and then later this afternoon I'll run a little when I drop off my kid at the hair salon for her winter formal updo.
I was looking at the time sheets for my son's swim meet today. North Baltimore (aka Michael Phelps old swim team) will be there and holy shitballs their times are insane. Like 1:10-1:15 100 free's for 7&8 year olds. My son will not be in those heats, hahaha.
Meee but trying to take a nap for a few hours. I was on call last night and it was not a good one for sleep and I'm on again tomorrow but I have just been marinating in my anger over all things political and it's making it kind of difficult to go to sleep.

Hi! I was up early to go to Sam's club, target and grocery shopping. We stopped at Starbucks first to get coffee since we were running early and Sam's club was open yet. I'm taking a rest day today since my lower back hurts pretty bad. I'm moving my planned workout to tomorrow.

I have 8 million studies to read for my literature review, plus a grant proposal to finish. And my house is a complete disaster. And I just keep crying thinking about how awful our "leadership" is.
Now I'm trying to figure out if I should race a local 10k I run every year to beat my old course time and possibly place or run the half because it's only $15 more. I would do very minimal training because I'm focused on CF but could definitely run it....slowly...and hills....gah.
