I'm keeping it simple this week.
Mon: 20 min - Cardio, 30 min - Archery Tue: 20 min - Yoga, 30 min - Archery Wed: 20 min - Cardio, 30 min - Archery Thu: 20 min - Yoga, 30 min - Archery Fri: Rest Sat: 20 min - Cardio, 30 min - Archery Sun: 20 min - Yoga, 30 min - Archery
Meal/Nutrition Plans?
H and I have both given up soda, as of Saturday. I'm also trying to cut down on sugar, and make better snack choices. We haven't actually meal planned for this week, but I have a feeling we will be grilling our dinners. lol. We have chicken in the fridge and turkey and beef burgers in the freezer, so those will probably be used in the next few days.
Vents/AWs?
My tattoo is finally healed enough that I can start doing archery again. Today will be my first day back after almost a week off, and I'm so excited!
suzv - How do you shop for your meal planning? For example, if you're making chicken on Thursday, have you already bought the chicken or do you stop by the store mid-week so that it's fresh?
I really struggle with food anxiety, and that makes meal planning difficult. If something has been in the fridge for more than a day I'm convinced that it's gone bad, but I also don't want to go to the store every day for no reason.
Doing ok so far. Just about to head out on a walk with DS.
Continue my walks and crunches/stretches.
Continue portion control/no snacking/drinking at least 9 cups of water. I found an oatmeal bake I'm going to try this weekend for easy & quick breakfasts during the week.
I put on shirts yesterday & today that were previously tight and they fit! <)
