My favorite Vitamin C is the Drunk Elephant one, it's still expensive, $80 but that's still way better than $160. I also like that the bottle is completely air right and light proof so there's almost zero chance of the product going bad. Which is a big concern with vitamin c
I ordered the Dermadoctor Kakadu C Serum from Costco.com which gets good reviews. I haven't tried it yet since I need to finish up my drunk Elephant C Serum

I also have the Timeless one that was listed above. The ingredient list is very similar between the Timeless and the SkinCeuticals. The timeless, though, has 20% vitamin C while the SkinCeuticals one that I just saw online had 15%. My aesthetician said to use 20%.
I do like it very much. It is very smooth feeling and really hydrates. It is not greasy at all and I can wear a full face of makeup right over it. I did just get it for Christmas, though, so I have only used it for about a month. I can't speak to it's claims to be brightening, anti-aging, etc yet.
I haven't, however, ever used a product that expires so quickly. I bought empty glass dropper bottles exactly like the one that the Timeless comes in. I put half of the product in the original product in a box in the back of the fridge as that is where it is most stable. I just used half in my bathroom. By the end of three or four weeks, the one in my bathroom was getting cloudy/yellowish. The other half that was untouched in the fridge was still perfectly clear. We'll see if I continue to use it long term because it's kind of a pain in the ass to have it expire so quickly.
I wonder if all the good reviews are mostly just people getting trapped in the cult following of it?
I figured that it was b/c my skin is weird. This isn't the first time a widely raved product didn't do anything for me. This is also the case for the Dr. Gross Alpha Beta Peel.

The daily peel? I quite like the ultra gentle daily peel but it's $44/month!!
