I'm tired. I haven't been sleeping well and I just feel kind of fatigued all the time. It's really getting in the way of my workouts.
Training Plans?
I failed big time last week, so I'm cutting out cardio this week. My goal for this week is to do 30 minutes of archery and 20 minutes of yoga every day. Once I can get that routine down, I'll add the cardio back in.
Meal/Nutrition Plans?
We're still working on figuring out how to meal plan. lol. Right now, the plan is to continue doing what we're doing: no soda, no takeout, healthier snacks, more protein.
Vents/AWs?
It's been nine days since my last soda, which feels like a big deal. Now that H has also stopped drinking it, I don't have any excuses to have a sip here or a drink there and there isn't any Pepsi in the fridge to tempt me when I need caffeine in the morning.
I'm tired, this lack of sleep is finally catching up to me.

I plan to get out for a run 3x this week and get to 2 classes at the gym. (Hopefully)

Just to drink lots of water and stay away from junk food. Also to watch my portion control.
Vents/AWs?
Just that I hate that in feeling so tired now. The first month and a bit with this little one I felt great, now it's a whole different feeling of tired.

I love these! I've been kinda distracted lately and not as involved as I want to.
- better this week. Besides the lack of sleep, we needed a weekend away. DH forgot his phone so we were able to have great conversations which was great for my mental health.
- I'm currently working on my training plan for the week.
- meal plans, I'm working on them too lol. I'll post when I'm done.

How are you doing this week?
The last couple days I've been feeling really heavy with anxiety. I can't pinpoint exactly why. Does anyone else ever get that way? It doesn't happen to me a lot -- maybe once every few months but it's this awful restless feeling. Anyhow, I'm dealing with that. I feel a bit on edge, like my legs are shaky, my heart is in my throat, anything could make me cry, etc. I tried talking through with a friend what small things are causing me issues but I can't seem to calm down. Anyhow.

I started tracking workouts in my planner with stickers like a 5 year old. Love the visual motivator
wanderingenough *hugs* anxiety sucks! I get that way a lot and I've been on meds to help take the edge off. Meditation, reading, baths, etc all help. Basically anything relaxing and/or things that take my mind off of it. I hope it goes away soon!
I've been doing terribly, as shown by my lack of answering the questions, lol. I need to motivate myself to get to the gym. I don't know what's stopping me. It was because of H working his 2nd job but now I can work around that. I've been eating a little better for the most part but still not well enough. I figure it's probably still helpful to post here even if I'm not really contributing. Hopefully next week I will have an actual contribution?
