I didn't notice this was the highlight version. The one I linked does has some shimmer in it that is really subtle on the skin.

my email from Sephora on this product says it's VIB and Rouge early access. So it will be available to buy by everyone soon, it's just precious access at this point.

Hard to tell just from the pictures but Hourglasses Ambient Lighting powder in Mood Light looks similar. The shimmery AL powders make really nice subtle highlights. They have half sizes for around $20. That said the Benefit one will be available for everyone to buy pretty soon.

In terms of pinky highlights - the first that comes to mind is the Balm Cindy LouManizer. No idea how similar they are though since there's not much in the way of swatches out yet.
