We are almost through the Winter, or if you are like the Mid Atlantic you never really had a winter :/ How'd you do? Did you meet any goals you set for this month? AW yourself! What are your goals for March?
Bike trainer: 165 miles+ a couple short outdoor rides Swim: 7750 yds Run: 219 miles
My swim mileage is up, my bike mileage is down, and my run is exactly the same as January. My February goal was to work on speed. I'm feeling better about it and hope to continue improving.
This was not exactly the month I was hoping for, but between the end of a sinus infection and strep throat it's what I managed. The weather was so good for February too. Thankfully my long run is up to about 80 minutes, so I should be able to finish my half in April even if it's not pretty.
So many awesome totals this month. Good job people!
Way below goal, but it is what it is. The transition back to work has been tough, and I haven't wanted to sacrifice weekday time with DS to work out. In March I plan to take better advantage of my lunch break.
These numbers are just sad - but since I've been cleared to run all I want that'll pick up in March. Swim's been going well though! For a chunk of the month my swim mileage was outpacing my run... Bike picked up in the latter half of the month after two weeks of nothing.
Swim: 4.6 miles (this is low since I always forget to start my watch till after warmup, but whatever) Bike: 25.8 trainer miles, 31.2 outside miles Run: 13 miles
Run - 44 miles Spin - 3 classes 17 total workouts which is less than January but mileage is up and I got my negative split in Sunday's 8k so I'm pleased
March goal is to beat my 8k time at a 5 miler on the 11th

It took me a couple of months to find a good balance when I went back to work too. Hugs, you will find your sweet spot!
Run: 152 miles Strength: 2-3 times a week. Really been working on my posterior chain and while I don't look different I feel stronger when running Yoga: maybe like 5 sessions of bikram

Run-- 53.11 miles.
I also have 11 recorded workouts of something besides run (elliptical, power walk, etc). Including my runs, that's 24 work out days. Out of 28 days, that's pretty good! And here I was thinking my February was kind of a bust exercise wise. On that note, I'm going to feel less bad about skipping this Friday's workout to sleep in and then go on a date with my H after work.

Not too impressed with this month, I guess it was the short month. I felt like I did a lot. I did try to lift twice
