Help please!

What do I doooo? I need something to calm down the redness from all of these pimples I've broken out in the last few days and ideally clear up the breakout. I've got a big event Saturday night and I'm struggling to cover them up with makeup

I used the origins charcoal mask last night and PRT sulphur spot treatment but they didn't really work.

I've had good luck with the Caudalie Instant Detox Mask on individual spots. And there's always the good old Queen Helene Mint Julep mask.

The CosRX pimple patches are awesome for bringing anything that's come to a head down to manageable proportions. Can also help the ones that are close get there.

They're on prime so you can get them by tomorrow and then wear them overnight.

I've had really great results from the Clean & Clear Persa Gel. It's a 10% Benzoyl Peroxide cream. I had multiple huge pimples all over my checks and they are gone after a few days of this stuff. Here's the Ulta link but I would bet any place that sells Clean & Clear would have it.

La Roche-posay duo. I use that and let my skin recover without any other treatments, maybe a little bit of Clinique moisture surge too. Good luck. Your skin might be purging and you just have to wait it out.

You have any calming/healing sheet masks around? My donkey milk healing mask always solves this issue for me. I would also chill with the makeup (I know it sucks, but yeah). You think it's too much oil or too much overexfoliation causing the freak out?

I think it's stress since DH is job hunting. My skin is still kind of dry and then these spots. My routine hasn't changed on weeks and although I got new foundation I haven't worn it. Blargh!

I have the origins rose mask and dr jart brightening mask as far as gentle ones. Considered doing a Manuka honey mask too..,

I was just coming in to suggest these things. They are amazing at getting rid of pimples overnight and don't leave any crustiness behind (gross, I know). 

For redness, I'd be careful about using too many masks. I know if I overdo it on charcoal masks I deal with a lot of redness.

I was just coming in to suggest these things. They are amazing at getting rid of pimples overnight and don't leave any crustiness behind (gross, I know). 

For redness, I'd be careful about using too many masks. I know if I overdo it on charcoal masks I deal with a lot of redness. 

I think this is where the patches really shine.  They help take down the volume of a nasty pimple and just leave normal skin behind - which makes it sooooo much easier to cover up whatever is left with makeup if you want.

Ditto on the acne patches. I've actually used blister bandages in a pinch and they do the same thing.
