I almost exclusively sleep on my left side and now Im noticing that I have more wrinkles/lines on that side since my face is basically smooshed all night like that. Even my eyebrow girl said that my left eyebrow was more thin-probably from that yay. Has anyone been able to suddenly flip (maybe literally) to being a back sleeper? I don't know if there is a special pillow or pillowcase?
I know beauty sleep is supposed to be good for you but not for my face
I can't sleep on my back or I wake up with terrible neck pain. I sleep on my left side for the most part. Since having G I do sleep on my right a little more. If he comes to our bed he wants to cuddle so I lay on my right side. Now I'm going to have to check my face to see which side has more wrinkles lol
Have you tried a silk pillowcase? I keep meaning to buy one for my hair and skin, but haven't yet.
I'm a side sleeper also and literally Smush my one side into my pillow, so I get it.
I was thinking of ordering one to try it out. I heard it was good for your hair too so I'll give it a go and let you know!
Does a silk pillow case make the static situation worse for your hair? I notice when I wear a silk shell or blouse, my hair seems more staticy. Just wondering if you have any experience with this.
(Sorry, I mostly lurk here, but this caught my curiosity)
I also sleep mostly on my left side, i have acid reflux and was advised that sleeping on my left side would help me in my condition. I cannot sleep on my back
I sometimes have success sleeping on my back by using two pillow to "prop" myself up a bit. I don't make it the whole night in that position, but at least a few hours (better than nothing).
I've tried the silk pillowcase and it makes zero difference for me. But. I ordered a wrinkle pillow from amazon (not sure the brand but it wrench shaped), and it is EVERYTHING. Huge difference. And it only takes about 1-2 nights to get used to it.
