F/u bmore judge criticized for treatment of abused

Retires. Now he gets to keep his benefits . This angers me for some reason.

It angers you because he is not being punished, he is going to get a nice pension after retiring to avoid a scand and all that jazz. In other words, because it is an infuriating situation.

We were discussing this at lunch today and a friend of mine mentioned that this judge is just an ASS. Like he tells prosecutors they don't know what they are doing, tells defendants their lawyers suck, berates people all the time, etc. he said it was awful if you had to appear before him. So I guess it's good he's gone, but man, I wish he had been removed.

How predictible. The judge who was in charge of the case where the woman was burned outside of t-mobile did the same thing. Own your hateful words, but then that would be too much like right and you wouldn't expect that from someone who says such nonsense in the first place.
