Sephora VIB or Ulta Sale- What are you going to buy?

The one thing I wanted to order from sephora, the Ciate bronzer in Palm Island is out of stock. Bummer.

I'm not sure if I've ever liked anything so much that I got out of an ipsy bag.

I'll probably hit the store later this week for the ceramidin liquid.  Also considering the Egg Mellow cream (damn you guys) but I want to try the scent in person.

Well, it's glitter, you're going to have fallout. The number one thing you can't do, though, is touch your eyes once it's on.

I almost picked up bruise lipstick and LP dry volume spray, but I have enough of both types of products, so I took them out of my cart.

I really like it but if you are allergic to scents, I'd skip it. It smells nice but per the reviews, it's a bit too much for a lot of people. I got a deluxe sample from one of the Sephora Play! boxes. I used it for about a week and a half and my skin felt really nice so I definitely need a full-sized one.

As much as I complain Ulta only lets you use the coupon once, it's actually better for my wallet if I do. I placed another Sephora order this morning. If history tells me anything, I will do that every day while I get the 15%.

Dumb for them, but I'm grateful! In their defense, they do give out a lot more of the coupons than Sephora does, so I also don't feel like it's this scarce resource like I do Sephora.

I'm sure they all have their reasons and these things are decided on by people smarter than me. I hope anyway! Plus I prefer Ulta's reward program and shipping is just as fast for me.

I've used and liked super goop before ....mostly because it doesn't SMELL. And blends super well.

I wasn't really going to get anything. And then I had some time to kill, so I swung into ulta to swatch UD Firebird. I liked it, and I was impressed with how the formula of their liquid lipsticks felt on the swatch so i decided to get it. JUST THAT. that's it!!

Yeah...I spent $50.
UD Firebird and Tryst, A small size of the de-slick spray (they changed the packaging and the old ones were on sale), and a shea moisture face cream. Fail. The most annoying part of that fail is that if I'd known I was going to cave and spend $50 I could have just done it online and gotten the beauty break. Darn it.

But I'm now well over 2000 points, so next coupon around I get to go nuts guilt free.

I WANT MY STUFF ALREADY. I ordered on Tuesday and no shipping notice yet. Why does it take them so long to fill orders?? This year:

Their fulfillment sucks.

My sister and I were discussing slow order fulfillment today.  Hers always seems to take longer from placed order to shipped than mine does.  Her orders are filled from Maryland and mine from Utah (we live on opposite sides of the country).  I am not sure if that is perhaps a busier center, but it was an observation.
