Color Poll! I did some super quick mock-ups for a client. This is a blank space for rent now. Owner putting in new HVAC, bathroom, and cleaning it up. Here is building now:
Color Options. Owner wanted super vibrant, but I told him gently that might look a little dated. So I did these.
What is your favorite? (he likes the red, but isn't 100%)
Owner doesn't know yet. He is trying to rent it out. He had a motorcycle apparel shop tenant, but it fell through. Might be an art gallery, retail space, etc. Not residential.
ETA: the blue is my favorite, but I'm afraid it goes too residential.
I like the blue first then the red. The blue is definitely more conservative whereas the red has more flair so it depends on who he is trying to attract. If artsy, go with the red. If business, blue.
I like the red as its more of a brick color on my screen so it's not super bright. The blue is definitely better for businesses with a less "outgoing personality." And I feel like the green is in the middle between the two. So to some extent I think it partially depends on the type of tenant he is envisioning attracting.

Thanks everyone! I thought I'd like the blue, but maybe too residential. I'm surprised the yellow doesn't look that great. Last night in dim light, it looked best on my screen. I think the red might be the way to go. The tenant would likely repaint it.
I voted for the red, but I would have probably gone for a blue if it had been a blue/blue-green with more intensity to it, like Benjamin Moore Adriatic Sea.
We have it in our house, and it looks a lot like this photo
We haven't had one person in the house who hasn't commented on how much they love the color, even (or maybe especially) the colorphobes who were not sure about the big 12 x 17 ft wall of it at first.
