Lol! I still haven't tried Babyfoot. I had some rawness on the back of my heel and it says to avoid with wounds. I think it's about heeled, so I will try this weekend.

So, is it like the Skin Food Pineapple Peel? I do love that stuff. Same complaints in the comment section...it is the product balling up, etc.
I don't know about all that but I know the SF stuff peeled up my elbows (took care of what a hamam mitt did not take off because if you grind down enough with that thing it can be painful but that also took off what felt like an inch of skin...my elbows are deplorable)

No idea, I haven't heard of the skin food.
I read those same comments about "it's just the product not your skin." I sprayed it on a mirror, and rubbed it all around. It didn't ball up at all. I'm suspicious it was a dirty mirror or glass, or a bad batch. I couldn't get it to ball up anywhere but on my skin. And if I put it somewhere with more dead skin (knee), I got a lot more than on my hand.

OK, silly and dumb question for you guys; Is this the same as getting a pedi in the salon?
The reason I asked is because the last time I got a pedi, it hurts to run for a few days. Like, my feet were soft and pretty and all but I guess all the calluses are gone and my feet were hurting.
I recently did the Tony Moly version of Baby Feet and was super impressed, but still have some rough spots, so I'll have to try this.
I totes want to do baby foot again, but they recommend waiting 2 months. I walk a ton and do barre, so my feet need more TLC than most!
Oh this is a bummer.
I did a babyfoot knockoff (that has worked for me in the past) and checked the expiration after doing it...it expired in 2015. It was a week ago and my feet just look disgusting but are not molting properly (I have done Babyfoot in the past). I wanted to do the real thing this week.

centralsquare, how did you contain the flaking skin while you were at barre? I would love to use the rest of my babyfoot stash, but last time I was so embarrassed/grossed out that I couldn't go to yoga for like 2 weeks.

I didn't go on the most intense peeling days. (Maybe two?) then I wore barre socks a could times, and I left flakes of skin once Bc I thought it was done! (I cleaned them up.)

I want to know the same thing. I refuse to let pedi salons steal my hard-earned callouses. I need them for running and ballet.

I got a lot more exfoliating on my feet from Baby Foot than from this, but I didn't use much on my feet. You can control how much goes on. If I were you, I'd get it for body and just keep your callouses. I got a pedi and had the same problem when I walked four miles in my birks today. (But my feet look so pretty!)
