I have a fair about of bloating usually after my period, and I read somewhere that peppermint tea is good for your digestion. So I bought a box, and I'm very surprised that I like it!
Any other tea drinkers? Or do you you favor coffee? Or neither?

If you like peppermint, try TAZO's Zen tea. It is a mix of green and peppermint. Very minty and refreshing. Plus, you get some of the benefits of green tea also. I love it!
No experience with peppermint tea, but I shared with a friend/CW that we're trying. She's a big hippie and has been bringing me a small mason jar of "fertilitea" everyday for the last two weeks that she makes from loose herbs and swears by. I can't remember everything that she puts in it, but she included a rose hip because she thinks I'll have a girl. lol

This is so good! I don't even like tea, but I always keep a box of it around for when I'm sick and can't drink coffee.

I love me some mint tea! And cinnamon too. I also drink throat coat when I am in performances; to me it's nasty, but it's something lots of singers swear by, and I'm no exception.
I never drink tea in the AM tho, unless I'm sick. AM is reserved for coffee

I swear I read somewhere that rose hips are good for like EWCM, or some such thing...
I've never really liked coffee, so I've always been more of a tea-drinker, and living in England has only accentuated that! I drink a lot of black tea, but have never tried peppermint. I'll have to give it a try:-)

When I drink hot tea, it's usually herbal (which isn't real tea, I suppose) and I loooove iced black tea, usually with no sugar or lemon, unless it's a little too bitter. I'm kinda happy it has been cooler so I can drink more hot tea
ETA: Villian- do you have tea breaks? I was reading a book recently that took place in London and they would have an afternoon tea break at work.

This sounds charming. Americans have cigarette breaks. Um, ew.

We don't have tea breaks at my workplace, but we don't do lunch breaks either (people just have tea or lunch whenever they have time). We do drink a LOT of tea at work though, we just don't necessarily take a break to do it:-)
It's actually kind of funny -- I'm a navigator in an RAF squadron, and when we do mission planning we hand out a bunch of initial jobs for everyone in the flight to do (get weather, set up the planning computer, etc). We did this in the USAF too, but in the RAF it's always one person's job to make tea for everyone:-)
