Birthday/Anniversary gifts

I think the DNA kit sounds like a fun birthday gift! If you don't usually do gifts that seems sufficient, but maybe you could also schedule a babysitter and plan a date for your anniversary? That seems like it would better emphasise him and not the baby.

Ditto amaranth. A date is perfect! Also, we are still struggling with the romance thing, although DH more than me. It has improved a little just in the last week or two but only because I am trying to be very intentional (still no sex from him but there has been more cuddling, me giving massages, etc). This little bit goes a long ways and I hope it transfers to more sooner than later. We also talked about the sex issues a couple times and at least it was productive to at least understand each other a little more and be closer to on the same page vs fighting about it all the time.
