I get worried about accidental pregnancy too. I had a tubal when they did my c section, but I honestly wish H would also get a vasectomy. It's a simple (& free) procedure for extra piece of mind. Cmon, dude. But he doesn't think he needs to.
I would have him do it, I worry so much bc everyone knows of a vasectomy pregnancy story! It's so nice to have double protection.

I had my H get the V so if I die and he gets married again he can't have kids (at least without major reversal $$ and going under the knife, so unlikely). SURVIVAL OF MY GENES ONLY.

My MIL tried to convince my husband not to get one so he could have more kids if we got divorced:/ She lost lol
H had a vasectomy and got cleared, and I'm on the pill and we rarely have sex but I'm always worried about another baby somehow happening. I would die.

I sent out 30ish invitations to school friends on Monday and have not heard from any. I've triple checked that my phone number is right on the invite. What of no one comes to the party.
I bought some lularoe leggings and I was all about how soft they were (yes late to the party) but then they ripped two huge holes across the butt after the 2nd time wearing them. Def makes me not want to buy any more! The consultant said she would replace them but I'm still pretty meh about even getting more.
DH's grandma died awhile ago and his family wants M to have her bedroom set. Apparently it's nice I guess but we are having to do so much work to change all the furniture in her room out. Her bed did kinda suck but I wish H wasn't so sentimental about this and we could have just said no.
This is way unpopular, but I don't like leggings all that much. I feel self conscious in them even at home. I have one pair of Athleta yoga pants that I like. I have the LLR ones and while they are fine, they didn't change my life. I am much more comfortable in actual sweats (at home) or jogger type pants.

My mother and father in law are irritating me. A month ago we all moved into my sister in laws new house. Dj and I moved everyone ourselves out of our three story condo. Including their heavy ass adjustable bed from here floors up, Well sister in law is selling her old house. Since they inherited the house we all are living in now. Father and mother in law have packed for them, loaded their pod storage thing and moving truck despite their bad backs and cleaned everything for sil. They didn't move anything for us bc it was too much even the little things. I'm so irritated. I get that they help with the kids but this just pisses me off.
Every time I see #becauseoflularoe (which is a lot) I want to start putting #becauseof(husband's work place) on everything we spend money on.
:snort:
I've honestly been seeing some horrible things about that company recently.
Oh really? I haven't heard much lately (other than quality issues but I think thats been from the beginning) but I have been reading the AMA over on ML and it doesn't sound like its going very well sales wise for a lot of consultants. I was also super surprised they all have to pay to attend their conferences, I figured those were all free with how many people appeared to go to them.

Related to the quality issues - the company issued a press release that now you can return your faulty clothes (assuming you can remember which consultant you got them from and have proof of purchase) for free and get a refund. Yay! Except the consultant is paying the return shipping and the refund is coming out of their pocket, even though the problem with the clothing is the fault of the company. And they didn't notify the consultants of this policy until after they told the public.
I have mirena and my H never pulls out. #livingontheedge.
I don't really worry about getting pregnant, but I wouldn't be upset if it happened. H is getting the V when this comes out in 3 yrs or no sex. . I've done enough.

I told H he needs to figure out a weekend where he can be out of commission and get it done already. And I still plan to replace my mirena when the time comes.

Re: conventions. That's no different from any other direct sales company. They all have huge conventions and none of them are free.

We have the same issue here. Sent 12 invitations at preschool last Monday. Heard from one child. Sent reminders this past Tuesday. Heard from another child. At the last minute, sent out a text invite to his new T-ball team. Today, for today's party.
I'm so glad Abby decided not to have a party, so we can skip all this for her.

I've had two RSVPS from the 30 I handed out. I assume again people will RSVP a day before when nothing better has come up for them (that's how it appears to me when you RSVP the day before!). Our party isn't until the 20th so plenty of time
It doesn't bother me as much because we do a park party but if you are booking a place based on numbers this would really piss me off!

Most people didn't rsvp until the day before or day of rsvp date. We ended up with 13 + 2 (E and F) so I'm pretty happy with 15! Out of 19 of E's classmates, I only got a response from 1 (couldn't make it). I'm surprised by that.
