I'll vent. I forgot about an new policy at work that impacts the time lines for evaluations. So now I get to go into work, grab my file and spend my last day of vacation writing a report. It's my own fault. It has been raining most of the week and my H worked a 48, but tomorrow he's home and it's going to be gorgeous out. I don't want to spend a single minute inside on a computer!

I get really annoyed when the person behind me in the grocery cashier line starts putting their things on the conveyor belt while I'm still trying to empty my cart. It's happened the last three times I've been to the store. Is it really that hard to wait the extra 1-2 minutes?!

I've really impressed myself with the amount of disgusting crap I've been able to deal with in my 8 years of being a parent. Loose teeth is not on that list nor will it ever be. That shit's nasty and makes me retch.

A's preschool scheduled a field trip yesterday for tomorrow. Except it's 40 minutes away and siblings age 3 and under aren't allowed. I have no one to watch H on such short notice. So now A doesn't have school tomorrow, and she's missing a field trip.

Also it's been rainy and cold all week, we all need to go outside to the parks! Please warm up soon weather.

Yep, each kid is required to have an adult take them there and stay.

We're having W's bday party with friends on Saturday at a bowling alley. MH decided last night (so 2 days before the party) that he thinks we should have goody bags. I told him I wasn't planning on it and he exhasperatedly said "fine, I guess I'll do them then!" Yep you will!

Honestly though, are goody bags necessary for a 5yo's party?

In my opinion, no, but we get them at every party the kids go to.

Vent number 2. I just spent 5 hours doing 5 points of the 100 point final project I need to have done in like a week. I only know how to do 40 of the 100 points, I have no clue how to do the other 60 and it's all computer programming. I'm not a computer programmer and he never taught us how to write in the program we are supposed to use!

Why must my kid get a stomach bug?! They called 30 minutes before I was leaving to pick him up. I'm going to be a little mad if he doesn't get sick again because I can't take him to school tomorrow. It's the end of the year and I'm out of sick days.

Every time I see #becauseoflularoe (which is a lot) I want to start putting #becauseof(husband's work place) on everything we spend money on.

Vent...I've had period-like cramps for 2 weeks without my period starting. The last time this happened, I was pregnant. I took a test yesterday and it was negative (plus C had a V), so it's annoying to be bloated and feel so awful for no reason. I hope my first PP period just shows up already so I can feel crappy for a reason.

I like to use that hashtag when I post pictures with kdrake8. I think it's amazing and wonderful that she comes to CA so often and I get to see her because of LLR. <3
