Same as always, since it seems to be working for me. Chicken quesadillas, turkey burgers, lasagna, tacos, spaghetti with ground turkey... We keep a little bit of everything in the house so we can decide what sounds good each day.

H and I had really great post-workout sex this weekend. lol.
suzv - Takeout/restaurants during the week is always a difficult one for us to give up. Not only for our health, but also for our budget. It's just so much easier than cooking at home! We were doing really well for a while, but started relaxing a bit too much lately.

Last week didn't go too well. I just have no energy. Im hoping I can finally get the motivation and energy.
This week I hope to be active.
No real training plans. I do want to start running in the morning.
Meal plans: Monday: steak, rice and veggies, salad Tuesday: turkey meatballs over pasta, salad Wednesday: leftovers Thursday: soup and grilled cheese Friday: h is OOT so I may pick up something Saturday: Chicken Caesar salad
Vent ahead. I haven't been a good place mentally and it's really taking a toll on me lately. I've been feeling like shit about my physical appearance so now it's effecting me mentally but can't get myself motivated. Ugh!
wineandcheese - Is there anything we/I can do to help you get motivated? How is crossfit going?
I still struggle with starting my workouts every day. I don't have any issues once I get going, but convincing myself to get up, get ready, and get going is really tough. I know that I want to get stronger, run faster, and look better, but my brain keeps trying to stand in my way.

How did you do last week? Same 'ol, same 'ol. Great workouts, sub par eating. I actually made it to the gym M-F last week. I don't even think it's worth complaining about my eating anymore because I KNOW what I need to do. I just choose not to do it. Ya know?
What changes do you plan to make this week? I bought bananas to eat as a pre-training snack vs ya know, nothing. That's a start, right?
