i went to the gym. i did zumba tonight and my thighs are BURNING. holy crap. i'm proud of myself though. be proud girls. do we call ourselves proies now? instead of nesties?

I went last week and hated my self for three days. I don't recommend you take 4 + months off with occasional working out and trying to lift what you did before.
DH laughed when I couldn't take my sweatshirt off over my head that weekend.
I've wanted to go to Zumba. Just haven't found a place to go that a) doesn't cost a ton b)works with my and my h's work schedules and c) isn't over an hour away.

My friend just scheduled our Purre Barre sessions yesterday so I'll start that 4-week series next week. Now that PT is much happier with my progress, I can switch my primary focus to the rest of my body.
