Pre-Cinco De Mayo

I won't be on much tomorrow since I have tons of interviews. Just wanted to toss this out there that the employee recognition committee at my company voted to have a combo event for Derby Days and Cinco De Mayo tomorrow. SO, there will be people with fancy hates/fasinators....eating tacos out on our lawn.

my hospital is having their Cinco de Mayo celebration today. Why? I want tacos tomorrow, when I'm actually at work.

I am planning a semi surprise date night for DH (he knows he should try to be home by 7p and that I am planning a date, but doesn't know any more details). I am planning to grill carne asada tacos and make rice after the boys are in bed, I already bought some beer from BJs that he likes (and has no idea BevMo now sells it), I am renting a movie from Redbox he has expressed interest in watching (which is kinda a big deal because I am not a movie watcher while he enjoys watching things together), baking brownies for dessert, and planning to do my hair/possibly makeup and can't decide whether to wear a dress or lingerie (probably a dress since it's more practical).

I'm just making a taco bake and bought sangria. This all depends if H is home early enough.

I just got invited to a last minute party! I made a quick sangria to bring. Woohoo!!! Makeup is on, pants are on and I am about to head out the door. I'm excited!
