Got back on track with eating/tracking, I weigh in tomorrow so we'll see what the result is. I'm feeling better so hope some of the weight I put back on comes off!
We've been trying to take walks on lunch as much as we can despite how tired and crappy I feel! We've also been doing more things in the yard so that's more physical activity than usual
As for eating, well.. that's a small struggle. I've been doing mostly well but not always. I could be doing better of course but I could also be doing worse I suppose. I need to be careful so I can try to avoid GD this time but we'll see. I'm just expecting to have it again, lol.

I lost 2.5 lbs! Yay! I put 5 on over 3 weeks so I am hoping I can take it off in 3 weeks too. Good start but we'll see.
My biggest struggle is still how to get workouts in. I'm doing good with walking but need to figure out a plan to at least do a quick video a few times a week or something.
I did pretty good last week workout wise! I did this circuit workout 2x, ran 3.6 miles, and did 3 decent walks with the boys! Food is a whole other story...not necessarily eating horrible but I did treat myself to 2 Venti Midnight Mint Fraps from starbucks (I had free drinks!). We also had brownies, beer, and wine this weekend.
So far this week has been healthier food wise but I haven't done any working out yet (we did go to a Disneyland yesterday so I had about 13,000 steps in for the day). I am hoping to be motivated to do the circuit workout today and Friday and try to get a run in as well (if DH gets home early enough) before the weekend. Might try to run Saturday or Sunday as well.
luv2rn4fun, Last week I had two midnight mint fraps, too. Chocolate and mint together are my weakness! I'm trying to avoid extra sugar so I'm staying away from starbucks this week! Great job on getting in those workouts!
HoneySpider, I'm having a hard time getting workouts in too. I could do one during afternoon nap time, but that's when I prep dinner and clean up the house a bit. I also don't want to get up early to do them either.
I actually thought of you each time I had one (from your post on FB)! I am most likely going back a couple times this week LOL. I have a reward incentive...not good for my budget or waistline but that's ok. With all I have on my plate if this is how I want to reward myself I am ok with it (I am below pre pregnancy weight so it's not like I am doing too bad, just want to lose another 5 lbs or so).

Yes! Any "free" time I have, I have a million things to do. And I really don't want to give up any sleep. So....I don't know.
