Yeah, I was telling H that dandelion tea tastes like weeds! And you're supposed to drink three 8 oz cups a day!! I'll try anything at this point, my PMS bloat is out of control.
Matcha tastes like potent green tea. I add it to my Starbucks green tea every morning but you can add it to anything, really (except cow's milk, that breaks up the antioxidants). H makes green tea smoothies with almond milk, frozen bananas and matcha. We both really like the taste of green tea, though so we don't want to mask the flavor.
I love green tea, so that's good. I actually think I have a packet at home. Does it have caffeine? There's No way I can drink that much dandelion tea though. It does tastes like earth. I read that it lowers bp too.
I believe it naturally has very little caffeine, if any at all (maybe trace amounts?). I bought the kind with added caffeine because it's replaced my morning coffee.

Thank you! I'll give it a try. I think I have a packet from tea pigs.
None, though I did take a prenatal when I was TTC, pregnant, and nursing.
I was recently told by a cardiologist that anyone who has ever smoked should take a baby aspirin every 2 or 3 days.
I thought this had become a controversial recommendation for women, because it was based on studies that only involved men.
I haven't heard about that, but this was based on the recommendation of a cardiologist at Mayo Clinic. I'll be honest that I haven't started to take one. The appointment was actually for my MIL, but he said she should take it even though she quit smoking over 30 years ago. He said that the damage to your heart valves from smoking never lessens, no matter how long you've been quit. Quite depressing, actually, and made me think maybe I shouldn't have bothered quitting, lol.
-I take a calcium/magnesium/zinc supplement that helps prevent migraines. xokell2 - I am CONSTANTLY telling people that it helps, but most people don't believe me! It's a game changer, isn't it?! -Daily Probiotic -I don't know if this "counts", but I also do apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, and raw honey in warm water daily
Prenatal, vit D, iron, B complex, and baby aspirin
All for infertility treatment/early pregnancy. I'll continue the prenatal while nursing, but I otherwise don't take anything. I should really keep up on the iron, but I don't.

I take D & B12, but only because I was deficient in both several years ago. Despite taking a B12 supplement for years, I recently learned that I don't absorb it through my stomach, so now I'm taking it under the tongue. The doc also suggested a B complex to go along with it. I'm waiting on blood work to find out if this is working or if I need shots, instead.

My H bought me some hair growth vitamin that he saw advertised on Instragram after I had been complaining about my lack of hair growth after my 2nd kid. I was totally skeptical, but saw a big difference in my hair and nails at the end of the first 30 days. I bought another 6 month supply, so I guess I'm pretty sold.
Prenatal, vitamin D because my levels are low, and doc recommended, B6 for nausea, fish oil because I don't really get much omega 3 in my diet. I sometimes remember to take a calcium, but I'm less convinced that it's necessary.
Just a prenatal, for obvious reasons. I have a one day old and am breastfeeding. I suppose I'll probably continue to take a multivitamin after I'm done breastfeeding. Maybe the same prenatal. Not sure it makes much difference what it is.
Nothing, but I wonder if that's part of why I feel tired/yucky so often. I have a bit of an aversion to most multivitamins since they make me nauseous sometimes.
I think I need to switch doctors. I honestly have no idea if my vitamin levels have ever been checked. It's been a few years since anyone has done general bloodwork...
Prenatal, vitamin d, fish oil, magnesium, probiotics and baby aspirin.
Prenatals are the only thing I take daily. The rest are scattered throughout the week. The baby aspirin is at the request of my OB until my broken foot is fully healed.

Yes! I've been taking it for a couple of years
Tell me more about the supplement. A straight magnesium supplement made me sick to my stomach.

I take a multi but not every day. Probably half the time.
I take vitamin D now and then as I tend toward being low on that. I actually feel like it affects my mood when I don't take it for a long time, so when I remember /feel extra bitchy I start taking 3-5,000mg for a few days. For a while I had to take the jumbo 50,000 pills because of a very low blood test result.
I take magnesium powder here and there, I find it to have laxative effects for me so I take it for those purposes. "Natural calm" dissolved in water.
I was taking fish oil but have been forgetful lately about that.
I also keep planning to take the glucosamine chondroitin MSM but the pills are GIANT and I have a hard time swallowing them.
oh I also plan to start taking a probiotic again but whenever I go to research which one I get overwhelmed and abandon the search lol. I know the Align didn't do anything for me really
