Prenatal because I've always taken a multivitamin daily and switched to the prenatal version when I got married Vitamin D because my fertility doctor said I was low
Does the primrose oil work for acne? Mine is outta control. I heard once that prenatals can cause acne to get bad. I don't know what to do. I look like a 13 year old.

Right now just prenatal vitamins because I'm nursing, and Vitamin C and zinc daily to help ward off the endless sicknesses my children harbor. I'm thinking of adding biotin because my hair is still falling out a year after giving birth.
I've read up about taking magnesium during PMS to help minimize symptoms, but I haven't done so yet.
Multivitamin (currently a prenatal just because I'm trying to get through a giant bottle I had from my last pregnancy), vitamin D, and calcium (2x per day).
Multivitamin, vitamin D, and fish oil when I'm good about taking them. I seem to go through stages where I'm great about taking them and hen other times not so much.
magnesium for vasospasms for gut health- a probiotic and L-Glutamine for thyroid support- zinc, Selenium, & Iodine for adrenal support- B complex, & vit D
eta: these are prescribed/recommended by my doctor (a DO)

5,000 IU of D3 (per doctors orders) Calcium Super B Complex
Plus Digestive Advantage Gummy Probiotic
ETA - why? because my Dr was concerned that my vitamin D levels were low and wanted me to increase my calcium too. Not sure why she tossed in the B complex except that I could probably use the additional support. LOL
You don't want to know about the reasons behind the Probiotic.
magnesium, Vit D, calcium, Vit C. Sometimes fish oil, sometimes flax oil but not regularly.
I started drinking matcha in my green tea every day for the antioxidants. I also drink dandelion tea at night to help with bloating.
To clarify, Magnesium, Vit D and Calcium were recommended by doctors through the years. It's pretty standard as I'm lectured about VitD and Calcium by every doctor at every appointment. Magnesium because I'm very deficient.
Fish/Flax oil weren't recommended by a doctor, but cleared by my endocrinologist. I didn't ask about the tea or matcha. Dandelion has no interaction with my Synthroid, I did check that.

I drank dandelion tea for a bit and I think it helped. I had to put in a regular tea as well bc the dandelion tea tastes awful to me.
Does matcha have any taste? I have been curious for a while, but I don't do well with things that taste awful lol and I'm too lazy to try.

Yeah, I was telling H that dandelion tea tastes like weeds! And you're supposed to drink three 8 oz cups a day!! I'll try anything at this point, my PMS bloat is out of control.
Matcha tastes like potent green tea. I add it to my Starbucks green tea every morning but you can add it to anything, really (except cow's milk, that breaks up the antioxidants). H makes green tea smoothies with almond milk, frozen bananas and matcha. We both really like the taste of green tea, though so we don't want to mask the flavor.

I love green tea, so that's good. I actually think I have a packet at home. Does it have caffeine? There's No way I can drink that much dandelion tea though. It does tastes like earth. I read that it lowers bp too.
