Party Decoration help

Ugh. A family in A's pre-k got all sentimental and decided we should all have a big park party on Friday since they "graduate" on Wednesday. Yay. Lots of people. I guess there's a splash pad too. People asked what to bring. They signed us up for decorations.

How do I decorate an outdoor party at a park I'm unfamiliar with?
Balloons. What else. Why couldn't I have gotten bags o chips?!

Balloons, plastic table cloths?, maybe party city has cute graduation cap centerpieces or something?
Maybe like this for the grass?

I like the 2nd sign @beth422 posted. I would do a couple of those, a balloon centerpiece for the food table and maybe some plastic tablecloths
