Does anyone use Smashbox Halo Hydrating powder?

I bought this based on solid reviews on Sephora's website, but I was also hoping I can use it on days where I don't want to wear my Bare Minerals Complexion Rescue BB cream (because, lazy).

Since it's a tinted powder, what kind of primer does it work well with?

I use it in the winter and love it! However I can't help with any of your questions. I prefer med to full coverage so I don't wear it by itself. I also only do primer sporadically and I haven't noticed any difference between when I do and when I don't wear primer.
