I sent invites to school for the kids 2 weeks ago. Out of 30 I've heard two No and maybe 7 or 8 yes. We have friends and family too which is about 8 more. So that's 16 yes.
Now my question is how much do I need to accommodate non rsvp or late rsvp people with favors? I baked 28 cookies which should be plenty but if a bunch rsvp the day before or just show up do I really need to care about not having enough favor cookies ??

You will have 10+ extra right? I would think that should cover any surprise attendees. We had one, he got all the same stuff as everyone else but it wasn't personalized, I felt bad but there wasn't much I could do.
We didn't have any non rsvp'ers show up and I only made two extras. I think you're good!
Can't wait to see the cake and cookies!
I think the cookies are going to be not good ... Matilda wants ninja turtle heads and I don't know if I can do them! My piping skills are poor .. but we'll see.
Have you ever done ninja heads? Do they need to be outlined in black is what I'm wondering ...

I always try to avoid outlining as much as I could. I haven't done ninja turtle heads but I googled some examples... I think you would definitely have to do the outline for the nose underneath the eye mask but I don't think you'd need to outline the whole face. Do you use a scriber? I find it easier to draw using the scriber than a tip.
