Spirograph Quilting

I just did a workshop today on Spirograph quilting and I am in love! I was geeking out like I was 6 doing this. I haven't buried my threads or washed out the marker yet but here are two of my four finished mandalas.





They finish at about 14" diameter and most of it was done with a CD! So cool.

Wow! Those look incredible! I'm really impressed. I wish my FMQ came out looking half as good as yours does.

It was actually all done with a walking foot. It was a really neat technique to learn although they do take a while. About an hour apiece.

WOW! I bought my daughter a spirograph set recently and I had so much fun playing with it. This is fabulous!!

Wow, I love that! I started a quilt a long time ago, but never put it all together. I need to look into that Spirograph technique!
