Last week I did ok with eating. Working out, not so much. I really need to start waking up earlier to get a workout in.
My goals this week is to eat better and workout, no excuses. I need to add in more water too. I just made a big pot of veggie and bean soup to eat for dinners, no excuse to pick up take out that way.

It was a so-so week for me. I know this week is not going to be great eating wise since we'll be traveling, but I need to try and keep everything in check. I need to string together a couple of really good weeks at some point.

My weight at my appointment was eye opening. I currently weigh what I did towards the end of my pregnancy with E. Not cool! So obviously I'm not looking to lose weight at the moment but just be as healthy as I can. I'm hoping to get some walks in this week (did a long one yesterday!) and hopefully make some better food choices this week!
I'm doing ok eating wise. (Except drinking pop way too much)
Why is it that as soon as you miss your step goal it keeps happening. 😞 I was up to 23/24 day streak a while ago but then I missed one day and I haven't had more then a 4 day streak since. Ugh! I am determined to meet my goal the rest of May every single day!

Well I almost woke up early to workout. I woke up, shut the alarm off and snuggled back up to H until my "shit your going to be late" alarm went off. Crap. I brought a resistant band with me to work so I can get some kind of workout in. I did make a protein shake this morning that was pretty tasty. Chocolate protein powder, frozen banana, plain Greek yogurt and water since I forgot almond milk when I went grocery shopping.
I have a snack question. What does everyone do for snacks? I always have a kind fruit bar on me since I can stick it in my pocket if we get busy at work but besides that I haven't been doing well in that area.
I found my night time snack! Halo ice cream is pretty darn good. I tried the cookies and cream flavor last night. It was 320 calories for the whole pint but I only ate 1/3 of it.
