Omg I'm sorry! I give them nothing, no water or food or anything until it's all over. That's my only advice. Sometimes they only throw up 2-3 times and sometimes it's so so awful, I don't know why it's so different.

You can try having everyone else drink lots of purple grape juice to try to prevent anyone else from getting it. It may help or maybe it's a myth idk.

Back from urgent care. She was throwing up so hard, 10 times in a span of a couple hours. Dry heaving, throwing up bile. We were able to get zofran. She is still awake. They think it's norovirus. Fingers fucking crossed the others don't get it

Odd but effective- the juice from apricots or peaches in heavy syrup. A tablespoon of it every 15 minutes, after the vomiting has stopped for a bit.

And if the rest of the household is not chugging grape juice, I'd start now.

Kids seem to have stopped vomiting but H is still sick and I feel it coming on. Thankfully my mom has come here to help. I almost had H go to the ER yesterday for how bad he was throwing up. I've never seen him like that before
