The spring in one of garage doors broke last night, I called the after hours line and the guy said he'd get someone out right away since our car is stuck inside. He asked if I needed it open to get to work, I said not for work but I do need to get my kid to school and I have errands I need to run in the morning (not entirely true, but we did plan to go out).
He texted me back pretty quickly and said the earliest he could get someone out was "first thing" this morning. What time would you have expected someone?

I was expecting someone by 8 at the latest, I finally heard back from the property manager and he said the door guy forgot about us, they hope to be here by noon. I'm not impressed. Thankfully H went in a little late and took Daniel just on the off chance they were a LITTLE later than we expected.
I really hate renting, sure owning comes at a cost but at least We have control then. I can't wait until this two year lease of over and we can buy.
