I want to say thank you for welcoming us and I apologize for getting this place geared up for a move that has not happened yet and may not. It's still a bit up in the air but it seems like inertia is winning for most of the smaller boards for now. I will come here also though as best I can. Last few days have been nuts for me as we are buying a new home and selling one too.

akafred I saw your post somewhere about the house buying but didn't have time to respond, and now I don't know where it is. But I hope everything is going smoothly with that process, and if it's not, hope it will soon.

Thanks! So far so good but really hoping Current house will be ready to list this coming week as planned.
