Anyone have fun plans for the long weekend?

Going up to Maine tomorrow and helping the inlaws open their house. Its supposed to be cold and cloudy. It just can't rain, their house is too small to be stuck inside while it rains.

It's N.O. Wine and Food weekend. It's always nice to see old friends and do a little tasting, too.

I'm so over this cold rainy weather. Every time I look at the forecast, its more rain.

We are headed to a friend's vacation home. I'm packing sweaters. Ugh.

I took the day off work today!!

A mental health day. I have zero plans. So far I have been drinking coffee and watching GMA.

I have to buy something Rodan & Fields, what should I buy? (A dear friend has started selling, and I will make a one time purchase to help her out).

I just went through the R&F website, and man its pricey. I would almost prefer to just give my friend some money and not buy anything.

I have bought the eye cream before, and I like it. It is very pricey and the container is very small but I will say it's lasted me about eight months although I'm not consistently using it every night anymore.

I also bought the soothe moisturizer for Colton just recently. He was getting bad eczema on his face so I've been using it on that and it's completely cleared up. So expensive though, so I'm going to see if his eczema comes back after this is gone. If it does, I'll have to get it again.

Colton was up all night
Last night. We went to a work party last night. It was a family thing and the had bounce houses. We got home about 9 and out the kids to bed right away. They usually go to bed around 730 or 8 so not super late. He slept til about 11, and then work up screaming. He would not sleep. I tried everything, but we didn't go to bed until 5a. Ugh. Makes me appreciate that he usually sleeps good I suppose. I think he was just overtired. No fever, not hot, etc. seems fine, but tired (obviously) today.

I'm supposed to hear back from my interview either today or Tuesday.  Please be today so I don't stress all weekend.   The interview went ok we had skype issues so it started late and was only 15 mins vs 30 bc they scheduled it right before my 3:00 client.    Less than 2 weeks before our vacation.     Also my husband should hear back todayfrom a local shoe corporation about leading their wellness program which would be huge for his gym.   They had a really good month I hope they don't loose the momentum while he is out of town.    We are supposed to do a bonfire with friends Saturday night the weather has been cooler here this week so great bonfire weather

Yay for Friday! Dh has to work all weekend so I have kids to myself. Birthday party tomorrow and then who knows for the rest of the time! I hope it is warm and we can hit the pool.

Had a beautiful day at the beach yesterday and today going to visit my grandparents. Grandpa is in his 90s so really happy he gets to see the girls today.

Students had an early dismissal today but teachers are full day to work on report cards and end of the year stuff. A ton of kids were absent in my class today so I only had 13 students. Easiest day ever!

Bad timing since I go back to work in 3 days

This will be my 5th swing in 5 years

We keep one in kitchen and bedroom and both are currently broken

Great be tough for my j without a swing til I can get a new one

Part of me doesn't care but part is like this is your last weekend of fun til you are 68 and can retire bc realistically no more kids no more mat leave

I'm performing in an orchestra concert tonight and then going solo to my cousin's wedding tomorrow and spending the night with my sister. I'm selfishly excited for all the free-time from the kids. It will be my first night away from I and I'm sooooo ready for uninterrupted sleep

A had her preschool final picnic today. We spent 3 hours at the park only for H to fall asleep for 15 minutes in the car and then refuse nap. So we're doing an early bedtime now and then getting take out.

Our 8th anniversary is Tuesday, and we have no plans. I think I'm making my husband take me out for Indian even if we can't find a babysitter.
