My rec center holds an "Everybody Triathlon" every year in May. You have 31 days to complete an Ironman-length swim/bike/run combo, so 2.4 miles of swimming, 112 miles of biking, and 26.2 miles of running. I entered this year and finished today.
Lots of thoughts along the way; primarily, how in the WORLD does ANYONE do this all in one go! It's just unbelievable.
I am, however, going to try a (for real) sprint distance tri at the end of the summer... got to start somewhere, right?
Thanks! Admittedly, it's a little goofy, but I'm proud of myself. I never thought I had it in my to run that many miles at all, even if it was split up over multiple sessions. And the cycling seemed to go on forever. People who do these endurance events are super human to me!

This is really cool! great job! I actually put the amounts into excel and am going to try this myself! I've been challenging myself to run more often and am looking forward to adding the swim and bike thanks for the motivation
