Morning beautifuls! How's everyone doing? How was your long weekend?

We spent time with SIL and her family on Sunday and it was so cute to watch H play with our nieces.

Can I vent for a second? I'm worried about H. He is working 70-100 hours a week. I'm concerned that he is going to hurt his back again. His boss is being a dick to all his employees and H won't speak up and tell him that he needs to slow down. When he went to kiss me goodbye this morning, his leg gave out on him and he almost fell if I didn't catch him. I'm at a loss at what to do. We have a friend that is permanently disabled due to a back injury so I think I'm going to call him today to talk with H, maybe he can get through his thick skull.

DH is back to work today and I feel like I have a lot to do to get caught back up at home. Hopefully I can get some stuff done these next couple days and I will feel a little more relaxed. We are supposed to be spreading my moms ashes this weekend so it's going to be somewhat busy. We also have a window measurement appointment next Monday and then Disneyland on Tuesday so I need to get it done this week or I will be really behind. I also need to workout a few times and take the boys to the park.

The rest of the weekend was fine. I worked Mon for a bit while H and E went out to ILs. Nothing too terribly exciting.

E has a black eye Sun he was leaning on the cat ottoman (it has a hole for the cats and it's made of that scratchy stuff) we have by the window. His hand slipped and his cheekbone hit the window sill. Poor kid It looks terrible! He told me this morning in the car "I'm tired mommy" and was a little quieter than usual so hopefully it's not bothering him too much! But good news, he's been doing just fine with the side of the crib off! He's gotten down to get a toy once but got right back into bed. Yay!

Well I managed to lock my keys in the car and H has the other one with him at work, so I'm homebound all day I was in the middle of a book and that too is in the car.

wineandcheese so sorry things aren't going well for your H poor guy can't catch a break. I hope he feels better soon and that his boss eases up. That sucks for you both.

I moved cell phone providers over the weekend. Had we stayed with our current ones, we were going to be paying megabucks eventually. DH swapped already (about 2 months ago) when he was due for an upgrade. I just joined him on this new provider. Hardly anyone believes me (except for the sales associate with our new provider who saw my phone first hand) but my old iPhone would only let me put 5gb of stuff on it. To take video of DD, I had to delete Facebook first. It was a joke. This one holds WAY more. We also have unlimited data for much cheaper than I was paying for only 2 gb of data on this phone. Crazy how expensive they were. So, far DH has had ZERO reception issues with this new provider and he HAS to use his phone for work.

Thank you for the support ladies! I truly needed it. It's been rough. Apparently they had a staff meeting yesterday and they all told the boss he is being an asshole and they all won't stay with things going as they are so hopefully things change.

I hope your H gets a break soon wineandcheese. I can't imagine how exhausted he must be!
