We have an IKEA opening 10 minutes from our new house. We're going to wait until there are fewer crowds (opening day is Wednesday), but I foresee lots of money being spent.
Be prepared to wait awhile. When the one opened here it was a solid couple weeks of traffic backed up onto the highway. Highway patrol had to direct traffic. On the highway. Insanity.

I love the bath towels but ours keep un-hemming themselves - no idea why. Maybe it's our washing machine, but I've never had this trouble with any other towels. That said, they don't unravel once they're un-hemmed, so it really doesn't matter to us, lol.
I've had IKEA towels in my kids' bathroom for almost five years and they've held up great. I was just thinking a couple weeks ago that I should get some more. The bath rugs are great too.
