Anything fun or trendy you've done lately?

I've been doing top knots a lot lately, but to look more done I make sure to tease the hair at the crown and tug/loosen the hair on the upper sides. Like this tutorial but with a bun instead:

I also love two loose braids, but I don't do them anymore because I'm concerned it's too appropriation-ish wrt (American) indigenous cultures, plus I'm 40.

I have fine thinning curly hair - I can't do much of anything with it except let it do its thing.
