That's how I drink it. I make it stronger to allow for melting ice. I looooove iced chai.

G started gymnastics today. The first 30 mins went great. The second 30 mins she just kept crying, refusing to do anything, and running to me. It was so adorable to watch her as she was enjoying it but poor girl just got worn out. Hopefully next week goes better. 

suzv luv2rn4fun I hope you and your boys get some rest! C is currently teething too. She has her 2 bottom teeth that have come through but I'm pretty sure the top two are also working on it. Her night sleep isn't terrible (1-2 wake ups) but some nights it takes me a couple hours to get her down and she isn't napping well at all. I hate teething.

I hope next week goes better for you and G! This age is hard because they really only want to do what they want to do and dig in deep when trying to get them to do something when they don't want to.

((Hugs)). Teething is the absolute worst. Not sure how I forgot this since C just finished getting his 2 year molars but L seems to be a little more affected by it, at least with night sleep. Naps aren't horrible but we're better before these top teeth started hurting him. Night sleep is a mess and sometimes up for a long time. Two teeth down, 18 to go! LOL. Hope C starts sleeping for you soon!!

((Hugs)) suzv. Sorry you had a rough night again (same here with L and my nerve issues have escalated so I was numb and in pain a lot last night). Enjoy your last day of school!!! Just a heads up if you think J is going through a sleep regression...the is a 8/9/10 month regression. I remember it with C being constant waves of good vs bad sleep as he learned new skills and got more teeth. Then another one at 12 months and we had a decent break til about 18 months. Lots of fun development to look forward to these next few months!

Yesterday I had a follow up with the surgeon who removed my gallbladder... it was so short I forgot to ask any questions. I remembered one in the stairwell & had them call me about it. The rest I'll talk to my NP about I guess. It makes more sense anyway to talk to her about restarting ab works and adjusting post-surgery since she knows me & he only knows my innards. 😉
I did learn that I had acute cholecystitis and likely had been having attacks for years.

Booboo! Fortunately I usually seem to be off when they come through (knock on wood) but I think we have our visit in August so we'll see. I'm always scared they're going to pick me to ask questions and I'll freeze and not know the answer.

My first year working in the hospital as a new grad nurse,I was picked to have questions asked. Talk about nerve-wracking!

I was pulling files at JC request earlier thinking about how nerve racking it was going to be for some of the staff We're on day two of the visit.....can't wait till Friday gets here.
