Blackout curtains

Can anyone recommend some good blackout curtains? We live right on the time line and in the summer it doesn't get completely dark until Close to 10. The boys are already fighting me at bedtime because there is still plenty of light at 8. He ones I've seen at target feel like crunchy shower curtains. Are there any soft curtains that don't cost a fortune?!

We have both these and they're pretty good. I think the stripes are darker. Both are not stuff like some kinds.
