Yay for found money! Our daycare is payroll deducted from my paycheck, so it feels like we're not even paying for it. It's awesome.
I'm so tired this morning. I've discovered that if I skip taking an antihistamine at night, then my ears are worse the next day. But I'm so groggy in the morning when I do so. It's worth it so I can hear though.
I counted it up last night. Between my sinus/ear issues and prepping for FET, plus my usual vitamins, I take 11 different medications daily. The only one I feel that I can drop is my vitamin D.

Super rough night here last night that has made for a fun start to the week. I hate teething 🙁 I did manage to do a load of laundry, grocery shopping, bagels, called the city for the permit process, and prepped some food to make L. I am on my second coffee and hanging out with C while L naps. Taking them to the park, lunch and naps, and then hopefully the city and library (to pick up the potty training book they have on hold for me).

pooh8402 That is what happens with our rent so it always feels like we live there for free.
I spent my morning at work cleaning and organizing our back closet. It looks so much better and is way more functional. I wish I could get paid to organize other people's homes. I would be so much happier.
Last night was the third night in a row of not getting enough sleep. This time was because the dog kept scratching at the door until 1 a.m. because there was a bug somewhere in the room. She's such a baby about bugs. Definitely going to need a nap when DS does.
On a better note today is our anniversary! I can't believe it's already been 7 years. DS is spending the night at the IL's so we can go to dinner and he can stay there tomorrow while we have the A/S.
luv2rn4fun- a busy morning so far! What time did you get up? Lol
So far today I started my first load of laundry. Moved the sprinklers in the front and back yard around. (I wish we had underground sprinklers but with selling there was no point in putting them in, too much $$) DD is now napping, and I am going to fold the 3 loads I did on the weekend.
On Saturday DH went and bought running shoes. He's been saying he wants to run with me but he doesn't like running because his knees bother him. So we decided to get him fitted for shoes and if he decides he doesn't like running I guess he will just have expensive gym shoes. But in just wearing the shoes in the house to brake them in he is in love with them. They are "the most comfortable shoes he has ever worn". Lol
I found a free 5km run that the city parks department offers every Saturday morning. (Strollers and dogs can join!) So we are talking about making that a fun thing to do every Saturday. (They give you timing chips and everything. So you can track yourself week by week, and walking or running is fine it's just a fun race.) I am so excited to try it out!

That sounds amazing awick14! Wish we had a free 5k every week (heck, any time! They are so much $$$ here).
LOL...I slept in, meaning I was up at 6. L was up at 6:15 and we were all out the door by 6:35. Monday's are my very busy day...trying to get caught up from the weekend and organized for the rest of the week.
awick14 , it's here, but it won't pair with my aid. and my audiologist doesn't have any openings today, so I'll have to wait until Thursday which is my next day off. boo.
I did get 3 books in about nurses with disabilities (two of them are stories about specific nurses with some advocacy thrown in, and one is specifically about advocacy). I've already skimmed all 3, dog-eared a bunch of pages, found some scholastic articles and printed those off/saved to my computer... I may do this as a research project in my masters...
We spent all morning at the beach which was great, but now I need to figure out how to get rid of all the sand 😫😕 I'm pretty sure I'm more of a pool gal.
luv2rn4fun- I was so excited when I came across the race. It's for fun which is great because DH will probably like that better, as he's just starting out. pooh8402- I guess a positive is you found a topic for a research project? I hope the microphone helps you once it gets synced.
amaranth- the main down side to the beach is the sand.

I have yet to do this with both boys but want to utilize our lake access as much as possible this summer. Did you take your kiddos by yourself or did you have someone to help you? My biggest worry is keeping them both safe. But yeah, all the sand cleanup sounds like a nightmare 🙁

We went with my sister who is always a great help, but due to the layout of the beach and water I would feel totally comfortably taking them alone It just wouldn't be as fun for me. The kids loved the sand and played for hours, and they both were brave in the water but not so brave that they would run in alone. You should totally try it!

I totally plan to! Need to buy C a puddle jumper first. It's hot here again this week. Cooler at my dads and he offered up his house and community pool so we might end up there (but likely not since L is a teething mess and I don't need him sleeping any less right now). I have a few indoor options planned but know that I definitely need and want to go to the lake as well this summer. I took C last year and it was ok...but he definitely preferred the pool more than the lake which was surprising to me because he loved the beach when we went. I should go before L starts crawling...
