I was in a minor car accident 2 weeks ago, and got my car back last night, except its making a loud noise above 25 mph, so I have take my car back to the auto body shop this morning. Of course my H is out of town so my dad's meeting me, and then dropping me off at the office for a meeting.
Our house listed last night! The pictures are amazing, I really hope they draw a bunch of people in and we get under contract soon. The backyard looks incredible and is so unique from all the other house inventory.

Good luck!! The market is insane around here.
Some things sell in a day here and some sit forever, it seems so random! We've never sold before so this is all new.
I'm leaving work early today, and my mom and I are taking 5 kids (ages 9, two 7 yr olds, 5, and 2) to see cars 3. I hope I don't regret this. Lol. This will be Colton's first movie, so I hope he does good. Blake could've never done a movie at 2, but I think (hope) C will be able to handle it.
The downstairs AC unit wasn't working well in the house so they send out someone to look at it a couple of weeks ago. The coolant was low so the options were to refill, knowing it could last a couple of months or a couple of years, or replace (it's about 15 years old). They decided to refill it, I don't care, as long as it works.
Wednesday I got a cal from the AC company saying they wanted to book a time to come in to replace the unit, that's great, hopefully it's a more efficient one that will lower our bills but they wanted to come today. I told them I was at a class with my kid until 10:45, they said no problem, they would work outside until then. After dropping Daniel off I decided to come home before Alexanders class and they were already here, before 8 and had absolutely no clue they were supposed to only be outside until 10:45. Now I look like the bitch for kicking them out, seriously I think that was a pretty important piece of information to relay to the installers.
Also, Alexander's class is called "movin' and groovin' the first class was last week, there were about 10 kids, it was a complete disaster, two kids sobbed hysterically, one was lying on an exercise mat with a blanket, the rest were fine (mine included) but just playing with toys while the teacher did nothing. They didn't even turn on the music, let alone dance. She's a sub so I don't expect the same class as the regular instructor but at least try!
Today it's just my kid, he's sitting on the floor playing foam blocks with her. It's cheap ($26 for 8 one hour classes) and he's having fun but this is not what I signed up for!

Good luck! We didn't have a ton of showings when we sold last year, maybe 5, but it still sold within 5 days, I hope yours goes fast too!
This is going to be an interesting summer. All four of us are home until H gets a job, but we're also trying to limit spending. We've been in the house for a week, and the kids are already going nuts, messing with each other, or Caleb begging me to play with him.
I've been spending a lot of time in the garden. The previous owners thought it was a good idea to allow Japanese honeysuckle to grow (one of the 10 most invasive plants in Ohio), so I've been ripping it out for the last week.
That would annoy me too! I wouldn't expect someone to return/exchange a gift they already gave me, especially if it's bc the fiance changed his mind. You are nice to do that.

Today is our last day at the beach condo. It looks rainy now so we may get icecream and hope the rain passes so we can enjoy the afternoon. Not too big a deal for me, DH and Ruby bc we live near the beach at home but my sister and her family don't so she loves staying out on the beach when here. I'm watching my sister play with Ruby on the patio and it's nice bc she doesn't get to spend a lot of time with her and when my niece was Ruby's age I was single and very close to her so I want Ruby to have that same relationship.
Just dropped the kids at Grammys and now we are heading to Vermont for the weekend. This is our 10 year anniversary trip we've been planning it for a while but of course now I'm just worried/sad but we just dropped them ten minutes ago so hopefully I'll start relaxing soon! Maybe I should crack open a road soda lol
I got so lucky with A, she never tried to climb out of her crib and she switched to a bed at 2.5 with no trouble. Well H is climbing out, the sleepsack got us more time but he's figured that out now too. Next step I guess we see if we can lower the mattress. He is not ready to be in a bed, or let's say I am not ready for him to be in a bed, I'll never shower again lol
