It's been a while since I posted something on this board, but I wanted to share some good news: the house I still owned with my XH has been sold! Well, a sales process takes 4 months in this country, but we had trouble finding sellers since we put it on the market 8 months ago (It's a really big house).

On Thursday evening we accepted an offer and by the end of October, I shall be able to get rid of the mortgage and start looking to buy an apartment for myself - I'm renting now.

Finally free!
