Alexander has a class at the gym for an hour, I usually work out too but I'm wearing flip flops and would rather just sit on my ass so that's what I'm doing today.
I need to bake something for H's work, two people are moving to other teams and it's someone's birthday. H suggested cookies (they have been requested often) but I kind of want to do something else, I just can't decide what.
Today is library day and tomorrow a bunch of A's preschool friends are meeting for a free movie. So we shall see how H does with that, we have not attempted a movie yet but I've had to turn down 4 other events with them this summer because I was out of town so I need to say yes to something.
H is finally starting to add some more words! He hadn't added words in months and had been stuck at about 10 for a long time.
E got his stitches out this morning, and it looks like he's not going to have much of a scar. The pedi recommended slathering his lip/face with spf chapstick to prevent any additional scarring. The only thing I could find at Target that advertised having spf was soft lips, lol.

I got stitches on my chin in high school. They told me to use sunscreen to prevent scarring. I started wearing aveeno positively radiant with spf every day all over my face and scar. I still wear it daily under my makeup. I feel like it is a good habit to wear daily sunscreen on your face. My scar is very minimal.
In a pinch, I will use spf chapstick or those chunky sticks of spf are great too.

We finally got a rental car from the other driver's insurance. We still haven't heard a final say on fault. And they still haven't sent anyone to access our van. Things are finally moving, but soooo slow! It's been 11 days since our accident! I'm ready to close this horrific chapter.
puppylove64, the cut starts on the inside of his mouth through the corner of his mouth lip, and then goes beyond into his chin a bit so I don't want to smear sunscreen where he's going to eat. But I forgot about the sunscreen sticks - those will definitely help.
