Separate moisturier and sunscreen???

Yes. I wait a few minutes before I apply my sunscreen to let the moisturizer dry a bit.

Can I piggy back onto this question? What about moisturizer WITH sunscreen? Is that good or should I be using a separate sunscreen on top? (I'm talking daily use; working, running errands, driving.) My BB cream also has sunscreen. I'm using tretinoin so I really want to protect my sin.

I do moisturizer, let it sink in and sunscreen as my last step before makeup. Personally I haven't found moisturizers/BBs with sunscreen to be as effective. I like them to double up but I really need a separate sunscreen.

You don't get enough sunscreen with moisturisers or makeup with it in them...too diluted. But they are a good addition and, if you are not going to be outside much at all, you can get away with it once in a grand while (though I wouldn't if you can help it).

I would use extra sunscreen particularly if you are using tretinoin because your skin is more sensitive. My dermatologists recommend mineral sunscreen (zinc oxide and titanium dioxine).  

Hot and Flashy (on youtube) has really good videos on this and she uses Retin A.  I would check it out.

I finally got around to ordering the Biore sunscreen and will begin using it daily, thanks!
