Ugh, I'm so sorry. I don't have any great suggestions since we don't deal with food allergies, but one of my favorite cookbooks is "Oh She Glows" - it's a vegan cookbook and has a lot of gluten/dairy free recipes. There's also a website you can check out: ohsheglows.com/ Not all the recipes will fit all your needs, but I think its worth checking out.

I don't have any recipes but I just wanted to say I'm sorry, I just can't even imagine how to handle such a limited diet. Have you seen a nutritionist or similar for ideas? Hopefully someone here will have some ideas for you!
Hi Beth. I know I don't post here anymore but was alerted to what you are going through with sweet A. I am so sorry and I want to hug you so hard. What was the reasoning behind testing for all these foods? Did she have a reaction to each one?
I think you should seek a second opinion. Can I help you find a more progressive allergist?
ETA: I see you are in the way to Hopkins. Dr Wood and his team will certainly get to the bottom of this and you are in the most exceptional hands.

We have been dealing with "random" anaphylactic reactions and we were pretty much testing for anything trying to figure it out. We had 3 anaphylactic reactions in May with no understanding as to why. She also has eczema 24/7 and is constantly scratching and in pain from it.
I'm sorry. I hope Hopkins can help you out and you can get to the bottom of what is happening and why. I know you've been trying to figure this out for awhile so I'm glad you are headed to Hopkins.
I have no doubt that Hopkins will figure this all out for you and give you much better news than you have today. Hugs to you both so much.
If it helps in any way, L has sky high IgE to pretty much EVERYTHING and we were able to find a doctor to discern what was to be avoided and what was just false positives. The skin and blood tests have a false positive rate of over 50%.

I have a friend who's son has eosinophilic esophagitis and his only safe foods are rice and pork and something I can remember. His nutrition is mainly via g-tube. She has a rice pancake recipe I am going to get from her. All kids love pancakes right?! I am so sorry you are going through this. I hope you get some answers with your appointment at Hopkins!

"For rice pancakes I use white rice flour and brown rice flour. I made my own because it is cheaper. Pancakes you can do with just white rice. If she has a good food processor or magic bullet you can put a cup of rice in and grind it fine to a flour. Mix 3parts rice flour to one part rice milk. Cook like reg pancakes."
I'm so sorry that you are navigating the multiple severe allergy world I have a friend who has a very similar list and had more foods on it hat he had outgrown. I hope Amelia does too.
Was she tested for shellfish? Can she have that as an option?
Are any of these options of her?
-Sunflower and banana "sandwiches"- basically slices of banana with sunbutter in between them. -Rice with salsa or gazpacho -Avocado and cucumber salad -cauliflower rice-trader joes has frozen bags -sweet potato "pancakes" -frozen bananas (or any fruit) in a food processor with real cocoa is a good treat
I would be hesitant to give her other meats like bison or venison before having her tested for them or having her try them while in a doctor's office.
You may already have this resource, but this site has recipes and you can enter in the exclusions. Some things popped up when I put in your disclaimers. Maybe it will help. www.kidswithfoodallergies.org/page/recipes-diet.aspx#res
