I have curly hair and terrible scalp issues (psoriasis), so I'm considering trying the no-poo method of washing with baking soda and doing an apple cider vinegar rinse.
This morning I did an apple cider vinegar rinse, rinsed it, did a little conditioner at the ends, and rinsed. But while my hair was air drying I could smell the vinegar. And when I drove my 10-year-old to camp she made us open the windows. 🤢

Any tips or tricks to do deal with fragrance?
What about doing a cleansing conditioner instead? I really like the Aveda one. Didn't like the Matrix or pureology ones much.
I'm no poo and follow the curly girl method. Basically conditioner washing only. There is a great Facebook group called curly girls. It is very helpful as you have to make sure your styling products don't contain certain ingredients that won't co wash out
I tried the baking soda + ACV and it was terrible for my hair. I had straw like hair and brittle. I switched to washing with products for curly haired people (I have wavy hair) and wash 2x/week.
