The kids daycare has a unit in a parade tonight, so we are walking in the parade with them. W is super excited and we've been using the parade as a reward for him having good behavior this week.
Nothing really planned for this weekend. I'm planning to do a really good deep clean of the entire house and prep a few meals for H for when the boys and I are gone.
My child has a sixth sense of when I have a day off. I'm stressed and exhausted and took yesterday and today off to recharge...we were at the pediatrician by 8:30 yesterday.
I have no plans today, other than errands and deep cleaning during a Netflix binge.
I haven't forgotten about you sandj82110! I want to search my mom group's old posts first.
Not much. H is working all weekend, so the kids and I are on our own. I'm planning to clean, and maybe try to clean out DS2s part of the closet. I have a garage sale scheduled for next month, so I need to get ready for that. We are going to take a baby gift to one of my good friends due next month this evening. Exciting life I lead, I know.
Oh and H has slept in 4 days in a row! I think he was hungry before. He got a snack 4 nights ago right before bed because A got one after tball, well he slept in until 7 that morning. I've kept giving him snacks right before bed and he keeps sleeping in! He's so much happier too. Now I feel bad he was waking up at 5:30/6 because he was hungry.
We had safety town graduation this morning, and are driving to Indy when I get off work to go to the Children's museum tomorrow. Double header in tball on Sunday, so we are going to be busy!
I'm going yard saling tomorrow, trying to find a few nice but inexpensive pieces of furniture for the new house. Today DH and I did a lot to get the downstairs fully unpacked.
Although he hasn't had any interviews in a while, it's nice having him home. Today the four of us played sardines (a reverse hide and seek) at Abby's request and we finished it by scaring the pants off her, pretending the house was haunted.

Fun times.
If you're on FB try searching for garage sale groups in your area. I'm in several large local groups and there is always, always furniture listed. That's how I found my old buffet table I refinished and love.

That's where I found them!
Yay! It's much easier than old school garage sales and I love repurposing old furniture.

We were just there yesterday, have fun!
The boys loved it! They were SO excited about the hot wheels exhibit. Are you in that area?
Gymboree outlet has some cute girl back to school stuff. These were each $8 beforr a coupon. They also had leggings with the two dress fabrics and a few other pieces. None of the boy pieces were back to school theme.

It didn't. Toddler girl had some apple pieces that were cute though. I think the school supple dress goes down to a size 4 and it runs a smudge small imo. They also had leggings and a skort in the same print in size 4.

Darn. Maybe a 4 dress could fit though. Skort or leggings in a 4 would definitely just fall right off her. I guess I'll be making a trip to the outlets tomorrow! I waited too long last year, so I need to shop earlier for a cute back to school themed dress.
