Best place to buy make up?

I apologize I am not a make up guru! I need to replace a few standbys and I'm looking for the most affordable place to do so. Coupon codes, cash back from ebates, whatever! I have a Nordstroms card and it's where I usually buy, but since I can take time to go in person I thought I'd look for a deal. I need to replace the following but substitution ideas are welcome!
Laura Mercier tinted moisturizer, translucent powder, and eye liner
Chanel mascara
NARS blush

I'd second Sephora. Sign up for the Beauty Insider program and emails. I get codes for deluxe samples pretty much daily. They also have the 2 day flash shipping for $10 a year.

Sephora, then Nordstrom since Nordstrom doesn't participate in Ebates anymore.
